Our general phonelines are off on Thursday afternoons from 1pm. We continue to hold clinics but if you require urgent medical advice between 1pm and 6pm, please telephone 07526084793

If you need help when we are closed

If you require urgent GP assistance outside of normal surgery hours please call 028 91 822 344. The doctors are based at Ards Hospital and cover:

  • 8.30am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 1pm to 6pm Thursdays are covered by emergency line on 07526084793
  • Lunchtime closure – 1pm to 2pm
  • Bank holidays are also covered by the out of hours GP service - 028 91 822344

All calls to doctors are recorded – this is not a walk-in service. Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
